This major global law firm has witnessed impressive growth in London, where it has its largest office. The finance department seeks a junior to mid level lawyer to focus on trade finance.

Role and Responsibilities

  • The finance associate role is focused on advising financial institutions (including international, national, multilateral and development banks), funds (and other alternative financiers), traders and corporates in relation to international trade finance and structured trade finance, commodity finance, and emerging markets lending.
  • The team advises both lenders and borrowers on both syndicated and bilateral facilities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ yrs PQE
  • No need for trade finance experience, the firm will consider more general finance lawyers looking to specialise.

Salary, Contract and Benefits

The financial associate will be given a competitive salary on a permanent, full time contract. There are excellent career prospects for a junior/mid-level lawyer.
