Head of Legal, Finance & Corporate Services

This is a lovely opportunity for a commercially focussed senior lawyer who has drive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the drafting and negotiation of financial and payment services contracts. In particular relating to payments (Transaction fees, card schemes, alternative payment methods, digital banks) and banking and treasury arrangements/services.
• Working closely with Finance, Tech and Procurement Teams to implement payment/Fintech

KNOWLEDGE

• Extensive knowledge of the Financial/Fintech/Corporate Services landscape
• Commercially minded.
• The right candidate will ideally have a solid private practice background as well as experience in-house.
• A passion for ecommerce retail and innovative tech a must.

This position is an immediate requirement.
