An exceptional and rare opportunity to join one of the leading firms in Cambridge. My client is looking for a Corporate Commercial Specialist who is looking to take a major career step, and join a fantastic international firm within their Cambridge offices.

The work you will be undertaking will be of a very high quality and will be primarily concerned with corporate matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions alongside a wide array of other corporate matters. Expertise in more niche corporate specialisms such as technology would be highly advantageous here.

Experience of this type of work in a regional or other national firm is highly desirable. Previous exposure to high level corporate work would be beneficial, as well as any expertise on an international level.

Their is flexibility with experience level but ideally they are looking for someone from 2 years of experience, right up to a more senior level, for the right candidate a lateral Partner hire would be considered.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Partners of the firm and be exposed to a wide range of corporate matters, promising a specialist and exciting workload. The firm have numerous high profile clients and advise some of the top national and global corporations on a wide range of matters.
