We have a great opportunity for degree educated applicants looking for a career in marketing/business development at one of our US law firm  clients based in the City.  This US law firm is looking to hire a new team member to join their firm’s Client Relations team, this position will provide professional support to the Associate Director of International Business Development and the international client relations team.  Duties will being asked to assist the Senior Client Relations Coordinator with the organisation, administration and execution of events, conferences, seminars, exhibitions and related activities, including venue searching, handout preparation and RSVP collation, assist with the design and preparation process of e-invites and client mailings, maintain a library of marketing and pitch materials, including comprehensive lawyer biographical information and experience, maintain international offices’ online content including lawyer biographies, event listings and intranet posts, as well as website updates, assist with the monthly tracking of spend made against the marketing budget for all international offices, support the Senior BD Coordinator in the proposals process: collating pitch materials and experience, amending proposals, tracking pitches and proposals, gathering experience, conduct research on current and prospective clients and other law firms, maintain CRM (InterAction) database and mailing lists, maintain inventory of all marketing materials, publications and branded items, invoice management, coordinate special projects as directed and general administrative duties.  Applicants need to be degree educated and preferably have experience in working in a marketing or business development team, be it from a legal or non-legal environment.  Candidates will need to have commitment to high quality service and be; hardworking and ability to deliver on deadline, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, highly organised, able to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy and flexible, a good team worker and willing to accept change and embrace a challenge.
