Your work will involve dealing with litigation matters and therefore a strong litigation background is required.
Your work will predominantly include cases around housing disrepair, with a smaller number of cavity wall insulation claims files. A strong understanding of the litigation process is essential, including technical elements, as well as managing complaints and cases that have been reported to financial advisory services.
