Residential Property Solicitor - Partnership prospects

Senior Residential Property Solicitor / Associate - Central London / City.

Leading Legal 500 law firm with offices in the South East and London are looking for an experienced residential property solicitor to head up this area at their central London office.

There is an existing high quality caseload in place including high net worth residential properties and the emphasis is very much on quality and not quantity so the work is not volume.

You will be the main residential property solicitor at the London office and therefore it is anticipated you will have at least 5 years PQE and will be able to work unsupervised. There is support from other offices but this is a senior role and therefore you will be confident and experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing.

Although there is an existing caseload and client base, you will be expected to be actively involved in business development and you will enjoy this aspect of the job. You will work closely with the commercial property head to expand the business and client base and for this the rewards will be there.

Any management experience would be an advantage as this role will also be to supervise a junior solicitor and paralegal too.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who feel frustrated and 'stuck' in their current position but who wants to progress and 'make their mark' on a department and firm.

Due to the seniority of this role it is anticipated you would join at associate/senior associate level with a view to Partnership in the next year or two.

You will be based at a Central London office, just 2 minutes walk from a mainline tube station.
