Our Manchester team is working with a multi-service firm to recruit a Commercial Property Associate / Lawyer into their Real Estate division.
As a Commercial Property Associate, you will be advising clients on matters consisting of, the acquisitions and disposals of sites, infrastructure, planning agreements and joint ventures. You will be keen to be involved in business development activities to build and maintain client facing relationships, to further increase new business. This will also give you the opportunity to build your own portfolio in the competitive Commercial Property market, within the Manchester legal hub.
The partner-led team has a reputation as one of the top specialist teams in the country and works exclusively with high net worth clients. The majority of the work is for National PLC house builders, with a strong client base consisting of commercial developers and smaller, niche businesses.
