J2471 IT Trainer (12 months FTC) - Leeds

Plexus Law is a Specialist Defendant Insurance Practice with offices in London, Manchester, Leeds, Evesham, Liverpool and Edinburgh. The firm works with Insurance Companies, Corporate and Public Sector Clients and the Lloyd’s market.

Role

A rare chance to work full-time or part-time as an IT Trainer at a prestigious law firm in the centre of Leeds. 

The role will mainly involve delivering Case Management System Training to employees in the various Plexus offices and therefore travel to other parts of the country will be required with overnight stays as necessary.  The training will mostly be delivered face to face but you may also be asked to deliver online via GoToMeeting software.  There may also be some additional administration task to be carried out.

You do not need experience in training on our case management software as full training will be given, although previous experience of delivering case management system training would be an advantage.  You will have strong presentation and organisational skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook (v.2016/Office 365).  It is critical that you are able to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority within the firm.
