An innovative financial services organisation is looking to expand its legal team by taking on a corporate M&A lawyer.
This role has come about after years of extreme growth and will give the new hire chance to get to the forefront of the exciting new corporate transactions in the company. In general this organisation is very agile and creative, so welcomes someone with a similar ethos.
To be suitable for this position you will:
- Be 1+ years qualified
- Have at least 1 years’ experience in Corporate M&A deals
- Additional experience in commercial or wider matters is advantageous
- A strong commercial awareness, dynamic personality and drive to join a growing business
- Any previous in house experience, especially in financial services, will be helpful
