A Corporate Lawyer is wanted for this Saudi practice which focuses on a wealth of matters including, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, project finance and development, energy, construction and infrastructure, capital markets and securities, restructuring and reorganisation.

The firm has a strong track record of advising on complex and sophisticated local and cross-border transactions involving local, regional and international corporations, financial institutions, and family entities.

For this Lawyer position, you will have corporate and capital markets experience and ideally knowledge of Saudi litigation.
