Conveyancing Executive.
A top 100 law firm based in Birmingham is seeking a conveyancing executive to join their social housing team on a fixed term basis of 12 months. Working on behalf of housing association clients dealing with a variety of transactions, you will gain exposure to a vibrant team part of the firm’s reputable real estate group!
This well-respected national law firm is seeking to appoint a conveyancing executive who has a minimum of 12 months practical experienced in residential conveyancing work and some exposure to plot sales. You will come on board dealing with a variety of transactions to include shared ownership sales, 'Right To Buy', ‘Surrender’ and Plot Sales’ transactions from instruction through to completion.
To be considered as a conveyancing executive for this fixed term contract you must have the ability to cope in a busy ad demanding environment, whilst maintaining a positive attitude. You must be keen to learn, have exceptional communication skills, and the ability to prioritise.
