Risk & Compliance Lawyer (FTC)

We are working with a Top 50 City firm who seek an experienced Risk and Compliance Lawyer to join them on a fixed term contract for 6 months.

Sought is a qualified lawyer with upwards of three years PQE who has experience of working in a large or City firm's risk department.

This is a senior position within the team which will involve supporting the General Counsel on a range of projects and compliance initiatives including, General Data Protection Regulation compliance including regular supplier and client contract reviews, internal Privacy Impact Assessments and management of client/matter facing subject access requests; review of supplier contracts and own Counsel Guidelines; and
supporting the General Counsel with management of complaints and any professional indemnity claims.
