If you are a Trainee Solicitor due to qualify, with aspirations to become a Property Litigation Solicitor at a leading law firm, then this is the role for you.
This forward thinking Bristol-based Legal 100 commercial law firm has a proven track record for success and is looking for a newly qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join its successful Property Litigation department. You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including including landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) and general property issues (adverse possession, easements and title disputes). They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team with the resources and investment to build up the department.

- Dealing with clients that include FTSE 250 household names, across a range of sectors including transport and infrastructure, leisure, energy and charities
- Learn and develop from recognised Partners in the department
- Being able to business develop in order to bring new clients in and build up your own caseload
