We have an opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Dispute Resolution solicitor to join a thriving commercial firm that can offer outstanding career opportunities.
The opportunity is for a solicitor at NQ to 6 years PQE to join a well known and highly trusted law firm who have a national client base but who also are steeped in the history of the region and are a trusted name with the local community going back over many generations.
The firm have an outstanding track record of promoting internally up to partner level. There is no need to use a firm like this as a stepping stone but you should be able to meet all your career aims in a set up such as this.
To help with the next stage of the firm's growth plans , ambitious and motivated litigators are required to help the firm reach that next level. You will have excellent academics and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Typical disputes include - Property Litigation matters, breach of covenants, landlord and tenant disputes and boundary disputes and injunctions. together with Commercial Dispute Resolution - partnership and shareholder disputes -regulatory matters and some contentious probate.

You will be commercial in approach and always look to pass on value to your clients. You should have trained or gained experience in a city or regional firm ideally having had good exposure to key clients at a formative stage of your career. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and also be able to forge long term relationships with all internal and external clients. You should be technically strong and confident in your own ability.
