Tax & Trusts Executive.
The rare opportunity has arisen for a Tax & Trusts Executive to join one of the most highly regarded law firms in Suffolk.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled Tax & Trusts Executive who has experience advising on a range of matters, including capital gains tax, estate planning and Inheritance Tax mitigation and the creation of trusts on behalf of clients, such as high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, national/international owner managers, and joint ventures. As you will be dealing with tax matters which contain business, agricultural and foreign assets, similar experience is important.
The firm place huge importance on its well-built, client relationships, so you must be professional and commercially viable, with a client-focused attitude.
Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) status and/ being a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) would be desirable. Experience working within the legal sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
