Our client is a specialist Employment firm with a proven track record in a number of complex cases. An Employment Partner is sought for an exciting opportunity to be part of the growth and development of this boutique firm.
You may be an experienced Employment Partner seeking a fresh challenge, or a senior associate / counsel / legal director, with a proven track record in winning and/or growing a client base.
As a result of the firm being Employment only, transactional support work is very low. The majority of the work is respondent, around two-thirds is contentious, with a reasonable amount being negotiating an exit. The firm is renowned for their high-quality work, particularly within, but not limited to, the Financial and Professional Services sector.
Individuals with a specialism in shareholder and partnership disputes will be of particular interest to this firm, but this is not essential.
