Senior Corporate Solicitor - Peterborough.
A commercial law firm is looking to recruit a corporate solicitor to their team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years PQE and be able to deal with a broad range of corporate matters such as acquisitions and disposals, mergers, takeovers and restructuring of companies.
The ability and confidence to work on a day to day basis unsupervised and to maintain and develop lasting relationships is essential.
The firm is a specialist commercial firm which have built up an excellent reputation for themselves and are able to attract a regular flow of good quality work into the firm. You will be taking on a current caseload and will be fully encouraged and supported to grow the department and expand further.
