VP, Institutional Equity (4+ yrs PQE) - 14709/TTL

This global investment bank is looking for a Common Law qualified lawyer to join their Hong Kong office to provide advisory coverage of their institutional equity business in Asia Pacific. Your work will focus on providing advisory on the core equities sales, brokerage trading, electronic transactions, OTC derivatives and structured products. Ideally, you are HK/UK qualified with 4 years’ relevant PQE plus general finance training from a leading international law firm or financial institution. Strong technical knowledge of equity sales and trading and documentation and regulations is required. Excellent academics and legal drafting skills are essential as well as fluent written and oral English. Mandarin Chinese skills are highly desirable. REF: 14709/TTL
