Your new role
The main focus of the role is to work on funds, this will primarily involve being responsible for acquiring and distributing UCITS and ETFs. This will involve working across various departments to assist in distributor onboarding including analysis and documentation of relationships and the onboarding of funds for distribution. Due to the nature of the funds market, the role will also have quite a large regulatory aspect, this will involve advising on regulatory matters, and contacting relevant regulatory authorities. Although the main focus of the role will revolve around funds and regulatory affairs, you will also work on different aspects of law for the company when needed.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with experience in the FCA regulatory framework. You will have previous experience in Financial Services, preferably in the fund distribution or asset management field, or from practice. Working under MiFID II, CASS, and other regulations will also be helpful.
