Our global PLC client in Bedfordshire is looking to recruit an Interim Legal Counsel to join their in-house team.
Supporting the Senior Legal Counsel you will work with major customers and suppliers across multiple jurisdictions. The primary focus of the position will be the drafting and negotiation of multi-million pound contracts with major global and regional suppliers.
Applications are sought from qualified solicitor with substantial experience of working in house coupled with previous experience of managing a wide range of commercial matters. Solid commercial contracts experience is also required including the ability to manage complex and high value contracts.
Flexible hours will also be considered.
The role is due to start at short notice and is expected to run for a minimum of 3 months.
