This is an exciting opportunity for a paralegal to join a very busy plot sales team which is booming.
Client Details
Our client is a small firm which specialises in residential conveyancing and is based in Birmingham city centre.
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with plot conveyancing files from inception to post completion
- Preparing completion statements
- Carrying out due diligence checks
- Reviewing property search results and mortgage offers
- Drafting responses to Land Registry requirements
- Corresponding with the developer, buyer and lender throughout the whole transaction
- Dealing with Help to Buy Transactions
Profile
The successful candidate will have 6 months experience in residential property. Plot sales is preferable but not essential - most candidates can easily make the transition from residential conveyancing files to plot sales.
