Long established and highly regarded firm in Buckinghamshire seek to appoint an experienced Solicitor to lead at the forefront of a reputable Corporate and Commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the firms' Commercial team based in Buckinghamshire as part of their succession plans. It will provide a clear set and achievable route for progression to Partnership level through demonstrating ambition and facilitating growth and development within the department.

You will hit the ground running with an active caseload consisting of high quality corporate and commercial matters on behalf of their loyal client base that is made up of large national companies through to smaller SME's.

Alongside this you will have the opportunity to network and market the departments' services in the local business community and develop new clients and business opportunities utilising the firms' excellent reputation in the local and surrounding areas.

The full time salary on offer is negotiable and promises to be competitive based on previous experience and requirements. To be considered for this position you must have at least 5 years PQE, proven experience in all areas of corporate and commercial law and can demonstrate leadership qualities.
