Private Equity Lawyer - US firm

THE FIRM

A leading international law firm which acts for many of the most successful companies and institutions in the world in their high-stake matters and transactions.

The London office is long established with most of its being English-qualified and much of its work home grown.

THE ROLE

The firm is looking to hire a 2pqe+ private equity associate ideally with experience acting in the real assets space - i. infrastructure, energy.

The role will be transactional focused working for some of the premium funds in the real assets space.

The successful candidate will be working closely with partners in the private equity and leverage finance departments.

ABOUT YOU

From a high quality firm, you will have good drafting and negotiation skills, be hard working and a good team player.

There will be significant opportunities to become involved in business development and to play an integral part in growing the practice.

Experience doing the corporate element of real estate deals for private equity funds would be useful also.
