Property Customer Service Assistant Law Firm
Manchester City Centre
Due to continued growth, a leading UK Commercial Law Firm are hiring for a Customer Service Assistant to join their Manchester office. The role will be to support their Property department which receives a high volume of enquiries, it will include a lot of telephone work as well as admin and correspondence.
This opportunity is perfect for someone with 6 months plus, Customer Service Assistant experience, that is interested in working in the legal sector. Future progression opportunities are available in the long term.
Typically the Customer Service Assistant position will include:
- Dealing with incoming telephone enquiries in the department
- Providing updates to clients/agencies about the progress of their property transaction
- Use of the in-house systems
- Taking payments
- Providing excellent customer service
Skills/experience required:
- Proven Customer Service Assistant experience
- A knowledge of property/conveyancing would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with clients professionally
- Good admin and IT skills
The Legal Customer Service Assistant role will be working in Manchester, close to major transport links. The role is full time, 9am - 5pm, salary depending on experience.
