Litigation Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Hertfordshire for an initial 3 month period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established local authority. It is centrally located, within walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a train station which has frequent links to London.
The successful Litigation Lawyer will carry a busy caseload of varied litigation matters, with a focus on general civil litigation, housing, taxi licensing, and enforcement.
Due to the work involved, our client is keen to hear from people with previous local government experience as this type of background would lend itself nicely due to the range of litigation work involved. The client would also consider candidates that have undertaken local government work with private practice. The council are really looking for a good all-rounder to join them.
We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
