Corporate Lawyer – Major Offshore law firm – Cayman Islands

An opening exists for an Associate level Corporate Lawyer with one of the leading lights in the offshore world. Joining a team that advises an international client base on many of the biggest transactions to hit the jurisdiction, you will enjoy a consistent flow of high-value and varied corporate work including M&A, private equity, joint ventures and restructurings.

You will need to be admitted in the UK/Commonwealth and you will have at least three years’ experience of high-value corporate work gained with a Magic/Silver Circle or similar law firm. Strong communication skills and technical excellence are equally important.
