Commercial Lawyer

About the Commercial Lawyer role:

This is a great opportunity for a lawyer looking for a broad and challenging role to join a growing financial services company which has the backing of a major PE House.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the company's day to day legal advice in relation to its loan servicing and asset management business;
• Reviewing and advising on a range of commercial contracts for the company;
• Working on cross-jurisdictional issues, particularly in Greece and Cyprus;
• Working directly with the lending team.

Your Key Skills:

This role is best suited for a qualified lawyer with 1-4 years PQE from a broad practice with an understanding of commercial contracts and/or corporate law as a preference. You should be comfortable working with a certain level of autonomy and being able to prioritise your work. An ability to spot issues is the most important skill for this role as it is high paced and challenging.
