Your new role
This is quite a diverse role, however the main focus will be around corporate and commercial roles. This will require you to review and draft documents such as Investment Management Agreements, contracts and side letters, etc. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of other legal matters including new legislation and regulation. Working on data protection, reviewing the company's GDPR compliance will also take up a portion of your role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor with previous experience working on corporate commercial matters either in-house or practice. Experience in financial services would be preferable, but is not essential for the role. Experience working on data protection matters is also necessary. Previous experience of building relationships at different levels will also be helpful.
