Corporate Lawyer (part-time considered)

This mid-size firm, with striking offices in the City, is keen to recruit a senior corporate lawyer to take a lead role on a wide range of transitions including private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations, partnership and general corporate advisory work. You may also get involved in some AIM work including IPOs and fund raising.

The client base is entrepreneurial and growth businesses; restaurants and retail clients; acquisitive businesses and private equity; high net worth families; and overseas investors. You are also likely to get involved in advising international clients and clients referred by the firm's international networks on their international deals; acquisitions of UK assets and inward investment.

This is a fantastic role for a 6+ corporate who is keen to remain in practice but who could benefit from agile or part-time working as this role can be full or part-time / involve working with flexibility.

The M&A team has a very open and collegiate team structure and you will be encouraged to be involved in business development initiatives and also to assist in training and development (with guidance from the team's corporate PSL).
