A global law firm, with US capabilities, are looking for an NQ to join their financial industry group, based in their London office. The financial industry group advise banks and financial institutions on finance, lending, regulatory and other specialist services for their global client base. They are looking for an NQ with trainee experience in corporate finance and looking to peruse a career in this practice area.
You will be newly qualified in England and Wales and have experience of corporate finance in your training contract. You would have trained in a recognised corporate finance team and be interested in working with financial services clients. You will be working with market leading partners on a broad range of transactions including ECM, DCM and derivatives.
You will be inspired by their associate development programme and the progression opportunities within the firm.
