M&A Associate

A 'white-shoe' US law firm are looking for a corporate associate to join their outstanding corporate team based in their London office. The corporate team has an excellent reputation for working on both domestic and cross-border, public and private M&A with considerable expertise on cross-border transactions.

You will be 3-5 PQE, qualified in England and Wales. You will have broad mix of M&A experience from a well regarded team, with a particular emphasis on cross-border private M&A work. You will be working closely with highly regarded partners and be given significant responsibility on transactions; you must be confident drafting key transaction documents and leading deals.
