Well-known global blue-chip is seeking a top-tier experienced corporate lawyer to join their legal team out of their head office on an initial 12 month basis.
They're looking for a City-trained, personable corporate lawyer to advise on the ongoing major restructuring of the global business. It will have a particular focus on the corporate and inter-company agreements and will be global in scope.
You will have strong corporate and transnational experience gained in private practice at a prominent law firm or at a leading international business.
