This major international law firm is looking for a corporate associate with at least 2 yrs corporate transaction experience gained in a City, leading West End or major regional law firm.
While the focus of the role will be equity capital markets , the successful candidate can expect to work of a range of transactions covering ECM, M&A, acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, shareholders' agreements. corporate structures and general corporate law matters.
