Residential Property Assistant/Paralegal.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancing assistant/paralegal to join a reputable legal 500 law firm based in their Oswestry office.
As a conveyancing assistant/paralegal your role will be working to support knowledgeable conveyancers on all aspects of their caseloads including; taking initial instructions, assisting clients in completing forms along with preparation and submission of applications for registration of title and dealing with post completion formalities.
This is a great step up for a secretary looking to get their hands on more work or for a conveyancing assistant who wants a broader role. You will be liaising directly with clients and your role will also involve diary management and some administrative tasks.
To be considered for this conveyancing assistant/paralegal position you must have at least twelve months experience working within a conveyancing department. You must also have case management experience, with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
