An entrepreneurial, commercial central London law firm has an exciting opening for a 2pqe+ insolvency restructuring solicitor to work closely with a partner.
Role and Responsibilities
- The insolvency associate will engage in a variety of non-contentious work. This includes transactions, reorganisations, restructurings etc for IPs, banks, private equity funds and distressed corporates.
- The role is fast moving, challenging, and exciting. You will enjoy plenty of responsibility and client contact.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 yrs PQE
