A 2pqe+ construction solicitor with mainly contentious experience is sought to join the growing team at this popular mid town firm of 30+ partners. Big enough to attract quality work, yet small enough to ensure a high level of responsibility and client contact this is an exciting construction role which can propel your career forwards.

Role and Responsibilities

The construction solicitor position involves:

  • Acting for a variety of contractors, house builders, developers, funders and private investors
  •  Involvement in adjudications, mediations, arbitrations and litigation
  •  Drafting and amending JCT Construction Contracts and other construction industry standard contracts
  • Drafting bespoke professional appointments, collateral warranties, bonds and parent company guarantees

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ PQE
  • Sufficient contentious experience
