Interlink recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist to join a top third law firm in Manchester city centre.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous legal or corporate experience.
Duties:
- You will be the face of the firm
- Greeting clients and other employees
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
- Answer all incoming telephone calls re-directing calls and taking messages
- Set up meeting rooms as needed
- Prepare travel arrangements
- General administration including; scanning., invoices, expenses.
You:
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Be committed
- Self-starter
- Previous office and reception experience
- Good computer skills (Microsoft / Outlook)
