Interlink recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist to join a top third law firm in Manchester city centre.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous legal or corporate experience.

Duties:

  • You will be the face of the firm
  • Greeting clients and other employees
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls re-directing calls and taking messages
  • Set up meeting rooms as needed
  • Prepare travel arrangements
  • General administration including; scanning., invoices, expenses.

You:

  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Be committed
  • Self-starter
  • Previous office and reception experience
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft / Outlook)
