Commercial Property Solicitor, high quality work for an excellent firm with progression opportunities in Lincolnshire.

My client, a top tier Legal 500 practice based in Lincolnshire are now looking for a 2-4 PQE solicitor to join their highly successful Commercial Property Team. The role will involve running your own caseload whilst assisting one of the Commercial Property Partners on a varied and challenging caseload in a very busy department.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a varied Commercial Property caseload including:

• All aspects of aquisition and disposal of both freehold and leasehold property
• Secured lending and property finance
• Landlord and Tenant work

The successful candidate will:

• Have at least a 2 degree
• Be enthusiastic and hard working
• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Have experience of working in a specialist Commercial Property team
• Be a team player
