Role Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our Bristol office within our My OnStream team. My OnStream is a software solution for Schools that offers a range of proactive, trusted and cost-effective products to help with the burden of regulation and compliance. The successful candidate will be working with the My OnStream Project Manager and Marketing Assistant to administer the onboarding process for new schools, provide advice and support on set up and management, and provide training for the school's Administrators.

Whilst prior marketing experience would boost your application, it is not a prerequisite and we welcome experience with a strong administrative, IT training or client-facing positions in fast-paced industries such as finance, law or professional services.

Whilst prior marketing experience would boost your application, it is not a prerequisite and we welcome experience of customer or client-facing positions in fast-paced industries. You will have confidence and knowledge of software systems, good client liaison skills, and the ability to follow a process to ensure a clean, clear set up experience for the school. This involves picking up and understanding software functionality with ease and communicating confidently to clients on the telephone about the benefits of MY OnStream. This will involve explaining the functionality of the product in a user-friendly way. As such, you should be able to create a good rapport with clients and provide easy to follow training on how to use the MOS system effectively.

You should have a good knowledge of Excel, be able to work with the technical team on support issues, and be able to support the Project Manager with client management. You will need to work in a proactive, organised and methodological way using Smartsheet to record actions.
