Locum Property Solicitor
November start – 3-6 months (+) on-going – Thames Valley – £40-45 per hour

An attractive opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice within a scenic area of Thames Valley on a locum basis.

The role will see you autonomously handle a broad caseload of both commercial and residential property matters to include Landlord and Tenant, commercial leases, freehold acquisitions as well the sale and purchase of commercial and residential property.

The firm has a strong reputation in the area and has built a loyal client base of high nett worth clients. This in turn will see the locum handling complex and high value property matters.

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision and will be available to start a new assignment ASAP within the next month. Our client is offering a friendly working environment and parking on site.

We would be interested in hearing from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners with the experience mentioned above and with upcoming availability to commence a new locum role.

Candidates with extensive experience in this area who are seeking a higher hourly rate are still encouraged to still apply and will be considered on a case by case basis.
