Senior Technical Conveyancer
This leading, multi office firm has been established in West Yorkshire for over 80 years and has a great reputation across the region. This forward thinking firm is offering a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive the chance to take on a senior role within the team.
Proud of its reputation as of the leading firms within Yorkshire's property market, this highly successful firm in Leeds is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Technical Lawyer to take responsibility on a residential conveyancing case load, providing technical legal support to the team.
There will be no client contact within this role, suiting ideally a candidate of several years' experience, you will have experience and understanding of freehold, leasehold unregistered, new build and shared ownership transactions in their entirety - this is essential.
You will be providing legal support and advice and assistance to the teams on more complex cases.
You will have investigatory skills with the ability to quickly assimilate facts on relatively complex files, identify patterns and form connections.
