6 Month FTC, Funds Paralegal at Prestigious US Law Firm to £30-35,000

One of the best US law firms to work for in London is looking to recruit a new Paralegal to join their Funds department on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.  This role will be a very high level paralegal position where you will have the opportunity to gain experience across a range of private funds work and be expected to provide support to private fundraising projects (including hedge, credit and private capital/equity funds).  Responsibilities will include supporting fee earners on the management of fund formation documents, reviewing fund documentation, keeping track of investor negotiations on fundraisings, compiling side letter compendiums, assisting with know-how gathering, general project management and any other duties when required.  Candidates should ideally have experience of working at a high level, particularly with investments and funds transactions where you have been exposed to clients, drafting and transaction involvement.  Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30 - 17:30, however a flexible is needed in order to ensure a high service to both clients and fee earners alike.
