Residential Conveyancer/ Legal Executive

Location: Croydon

Experience: 2+ Years PQE

Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 (Depending on Experience)

A small but award-winning firm with a knowledgably and skilled team require an equally equipped Conveyancer to be welcomed into their CQS accredited team. The firm offer quality and full services to both individuals and businesses and consider themselves to be passionate and driven. The firm have a good reputation in the area and do get involved within local events and networking.

The candidate

The best candidate will have proven experience of working through a whole conveyancing process from inception along to completion including title checking and post -completion work. They will possess an ability to work positively and efficiently along-side others whilst working with passion. You will have a minimum 2 years PQE and be accustomed to building client relationships.
