You will be working as part of a smaller residential team and be responsible for running your own caseload of mixed conveyancing files from start to finish. You will have the support of experienced staff around you, including a technical team leader who can offer guidance.
To be considered for this conveyancing fee earner role you must have experience registered and unregistered properties as well as freehold and leasehold. This is a firm that prides itself on it's client care. Therefore you will also need to have exceptional communication skills and IT skills, preferably being used to a case management system.
