The Role

The firm is currently recruiting for a Planning Solicitor for their Telford office.

Now is an exciting time to join the office and the role will come with good prospects for progression. You will work alongside a highly experienced, Legal 500 ranked, Residential Property team. The firm deal with an excellent quality of work.

The team have recently acted on several very high-profile cases therefore you will be used to managing a complex and demanding caseload.

You will work closely with the Residential Development Team with a client base built around both national and local housebuilders, work will include; s106 Agreements, Infrastructure Agreements, Planning, Affordable Housing and CIL.

The Requirements

You will be a Planning Solcitor with at least 3 years PQE with experience of Planning Law.

• You will have good technical knowledge
• Commercial awareness of Developer requirements
• First-class client care skills are essential
• Good at organising yourself and prioritising your workload
• A want to be involved in business development initiatives
• This role comes with good prospects for progression for the future for a self-motivated applicant
• Ability to build and develop client relationships is essential
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an exceptional benefits package
