The HR Assistant will provide day to day administrative support to the HR advisory team, as well as the recruitment, learning and development and reward teams as required. The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR Advisor and HR Managers to provide an efficient first line HR service to the Firm.
The key duties will include, but is not limited to:
- Providing administrative support for the recruitment lifecycle, involving interview bookings and updating the in-house recruitment database.
- Coordinating the new hire process and preparing the relevant HR paperwork for the on-boarding and off-boarding processes and for any employee changes.
- Liaising with payroll and managing the benefits and entitlements processes, such as leave requests.
- Conducting quarterly analysis on leavers and reporting this to the HR Manager.
- Supporting the HR Director and other HR Assistants in ad hoc demands and contributing towards HR projects as required.
The HR Assistant will be CIPD qualified / part-qualified or interested in obtaining this qualification. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential. You will be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
