Legal 500 listed East Yorkshire claims team based in Hull are looking to hire a claimant clinical negligence solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to progress and learn from a team of experts.
Role
This junior solicitor role incorporates a number of matters. You will deal with:
- Birth and brain injury cases
- Misdiagnosis
- Cancer and cosmetic surgery claims
- Delay in diagnosis
- Surgical claims
- Orthopaedic claims
Ideally you will run your own case load and assist more senior members of the team with more complex matters.
Qualifications and Experience
- NQ-3 years of PQE
- Excellent academic record
- Sound knowledge of clinical negligence law and some training or experience in the sector gained at a leading firm
Salary and Contract
- £25,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Permanent, full time contract
