Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A Senior Commercial Litigation Commercial Solicitor is required for a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique commercial firm at their Chester office which is close to excellent transport links and amenities.

The firm provide highly specialised services and continue to maintain Legal 500 listings. The Commercial Litigation team deal with a range of matters to include Debt recovery, Contractual disputes, Real Estate litigation, Construction and Engineering disputes, Intellectual Property disputes, Company and Partnership disputes, Shareholder disputes, Director disputes, Injunctions, Commercial agency disputes, Contentious probate, Insolvency and Housing law and tenancy disputes.

They are paying a competitive package of c.£45,000 plus dependent on PQE level experience.

The role

You will have a minimum of 6 years PQE and will be responsible for the strategic development, growth and performance of the Commercial Litigation Department.  You will be able to demonstrate the legal and technical knowledge of all areas of Commercial Litigation law and practice. 

You will play a vital role in supervising and motivating a high performing team, from time to time, which currently includes 6 fee earners, to exceed financial targets and mentor members of the team and the business. 

You will have the drive and determination to succeed and a passion for client service and delivering excellent quality.
