Costs Draftsman

We are seeking experienced Costs Draftsman / Costs Lawyers to join our busy team to work within a wide range of specialisms.

Skills

• A proven track record in costs
• Two years in a similar role preferred (but not essential)
• Able to demonstrate good negotiation skills (but not essential)
• Have experience in handling the full costs process to detailed assessment.
• Preparation of formal bills of costs and costs budgets, costs negotiations
• Drafting replies and attendance at detailed assessment and costs management hearings
