Our client is a leading international law firm who are currently seeking to appoint a Competition lawyer to join their office in Rome, Italy. The team are known for their in depth sector knowledge and wide range of clients they advise to within the competition procedures. They also have a reputation for being top tier in multiple practice areas within Legal 500.
The team are seeking a lawyer with 1-5 years’ experience within the Competition sector. As a competition lawyer you will advise on areas such as; State Aid, Dispute Resolution within the Competition market, Cartels, Compliance, IP licences and Contracts & legal briefs, Merger control and Dawn Raids, advising on merger control, regulatory issues, antitrust compliance policies and other competition matters.
